All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit, which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

New clients must attend an initial consultation prior to any treatment to allow for assessment of suitability, discussion of concerns, and informed consent – $50 consultation fee applies.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Treatments are available only to clients aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be requested at the discretion of the clinic.
