TANYA CHIWAZA
Hi, I’m Tanya, the Director of Cosmetic Clinique (formerly Melbourne Cosmetic Specialists). I have over 20 years of nursing experience, with 10 of those specialising in Cosmetic Medicine. I have worked in various sectors of the healthcare industry including acute hospitals, day procedure, and outpatients’ recovery. I have worn the hat of Nurse In Charge in an extremely busy medical clinic; having worked alongside doctors who specialise in skin cancer checks and skin health, this was the seed that developed my interest in dermatology/skin health and cosmetic medicine. I then completed a Post-Graduate Degree in Dermal Science through the highly reputable Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS) to be able to provide evidence-based medical-cosmetic treatments.
My passion is Beautification! Beautification is more than just plumping lips and cheeks; it is providing a whole treatment approach by harmonization and bringing balance to the face by assessing facial thirds and balancing the side profile; it is about chasing shadows and reflecting light that only an artistic and experienced eye can see.
I aim to give clients natural and youthful results by restoring volume loss, creating symmetry, and balance. Everyone has a signature feature that makes them look appealing, it is my job to make it stand out.

Hi, I’m Rachel, and I am a Registered Nurse and an experienced Cosmetic Nurse with a Post Graduate in Dermal Science / Cosmetic Nursing (that’s where I met Tanya during our training). I have over 20 years of nursing backbone, having worked in various sectors of the healthcare industry. I continue to juggle working as a cosmetic nurse and mum life.
Having struggled with acne in my teens, I can understand the devastating impact skin conditions can cause to ones self esteem. That’s where I got my love for aesthetics as even the smallest amount of work can give big results, as well as making a difference in how it can make a client feel better about themselves. I like taking the natural approach with subtle changes by adding a little lip volume, a touch of cheek volume and a twinkle of anti-wrinkle treatment to give my clients a refreshing and vibrant natural look.
