Terms & Conditions

All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit. This deposit will be credited towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

New clients are required to attend an initial consultation before undergoing any treatment. This consultation allows for an assessment of suitability, discussion of treatment goals and concerns, and the provision of informed consent. A consultation fee of $50 applies. A mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours applies following the consultation.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over only. Proof of age may be requested at the discretion of the clinic.
